Os operadores observaram frequentes varia\u00e7\u00f5es de press\u00e3o entre as bombas de capta\u00e7\u00e3o e as unidades de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o, provocando taxas de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o inconsistentes e interrup\u00e7\u00f5es ocasionais no processo. Em vez disso, os engenheiros conclu\u00edram que a resposta tardia das v\u00e1lvulas e a limitada precis\u00e3o de controle eram as principais causas da instabilidade do fluxo. A esta\u00e7\u00e3o precisava de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o capaz de regular continuamente a posi\u00e7\u00e3o das v\u00e1lvulas, sem depender da interven\u00e7\u00e3o constante dos operadores.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Solu\u00e7\u00e3o: Automa\u00e7\u00e3o Inteligente de V\u00e1lvulas<\/h3>\n\n<p>A equipe de engenharia substituiu v\u00e1rias v\u00e1lvulas de controle convencionais por v\u00e1lvulas automatizadas inteligentes, equipadas com atuadores el\u00e9tricos, posicionadores digitais e sensores de realimenta\u00e7\u00e3o integrados. O sistema modernizado passou a monitorar continuamente a vaz\u00e3o, a press\u00e3o e a posi\u00e7\u00e3o das v\u00e1lvulas, realizando ajustes autom\u00e1ticos sempre que as condi\u00e7\u00f5es operacionais se alteravam. <\/p>\n\n<p>Em vez de depender de corre\u00e7\u00f5es manuais, as v\u00e1lvulas automatizadas passaram a reagir \u00e0s varia\u00e7\u00f5es de press\u00e3o em quest\u00e3o de segundos, mantendo um fluxo est\u00e1vel durante todo o processo de tratamento.
