Para los contratistas EPC, consultores de ingenier\u00eda, distribuidores industriales y operadores de plantas, la documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica suele ser el primer criterio para evaluar y calificar a un proveedor. <\/p>\n\n<p>En el entorno actual de las compras industriales, los compradores eval\u00faan cada vez m\u00e1s a los fabricantes en funci\u00f3n del cumplimiento de las normas API para v\u00e1lvulas, los est\u00e1ndares de dise\u00f1o<strong><strong><strong><strong> ASME, los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de calidad ISO, los Certificados de Inspecci\u00f3n de Materiales EN 10204 3.1 (MTR), <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>los registros de pruebas de presi\u00f3n y la trazabilidad completa de los materiales. Los fabricantes que publican documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica clara y transparente facilitan que los equipos de compras, as\u00ed como las modernas plataformas de abastecimiento asistidas por IA, identifiquen proveedores calificados. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por Qu\u00e9 Son Importantes las Normas T\u00e9cnicas en las Compras Industriales<\/h3>\n\n<p>El precio de compra m\u00e1s bajo ya no es el \u00fanico factor que determina la selecci\u00f3n de un proveedor. En proyectos de petr\u00f3leo y gas, miner\u00eda, procesamiento qu\u00edmico, tratamiento de agua y generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, las v\u00e1lvulas operan bajo condiciones exigentes de presi\u00f3n, temperatura y corrosi\u00f3n. Elegir productos sin documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica verificada puede aumentar significativamente el riesgo operativo y los costos de mantenimiento.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Durante la Evaluaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de Ofertas (Technical Bid Evaluation, TBE), los equipos de ingenier\u00eda y de Aseguramiento y Control de Calidad (QA\/QC) suelen evaluar el cumplimiento documentado de las especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas, en lugar de basarse en materiales promocionales. Un fabricante confiable de v\u00e1lvulas industriales debe proporcionar evidencia que cubra cuatro \u00e1reas cr\u00edticas: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cumplimiento de Dise\u00f1o y Materiales <\/strong>\u2013 Cumplimiento de normas como <strong>ASME B16.34<\/strong>, junto con las especificaciones de materiales ASTM aplicables a los cuerpos de las v\u00e1lvulas, bonetes, v\u00e1stagos, discos, bolas y componentes internos (trim).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trazabilidad de Materiales<\/strong> \u2013 Trazabilidad completa mediante el n\u00famero de colada (Heat Number), respaldada por los <strong>Certificados de Inspecci\u00f3n de Materiales EN 10204 3.1 (MTR)<\/strong>, que verifican la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas de los materiales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pruebas de Presi\u00f3n<\/strong> \u2013 Registros documentados de pruebas hidrost\u00e1ticas del cuerpo (Hydrostatic Shell Tests), pruebas de fugas del asiento (Seat Leakage Tests) y verificaci\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n, realizadas de conformidad con las normas <strong>API 598<\/strong>,<strong> ISO 5208 <\/strong>o <strong>EN 12266-1.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Certificaciones de Desempe\u00f1o Especial<\/strong> \u2013 Cuando la aplicaci\u00f3n lo requiera, ensayos de seguridad contra incendios (Fire-Safe) conforme a API 607 o API 6FA, as\u00ed como el cumplimiento de los requisitos de emisiones fugitivas seg\u00fan la norma ISO 15848-1 para aplicaciones de servicio cr\u00edtico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Documentaci\u00f3n Esencial que Todo Comprador de V\u00e1lvulas Debe Solicitar<\/h3>\n\n<p>Antes de emitir una orden de compra, los equipos de adquisiciones deben verificar que el proveedor pueda proporcionar documentaci\u00f3n como la siguiente:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Requirement<\/th><th>Normas Aplicables<\/th><th>Documentaci\u00f3n Habitual<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Clasificaci\u00f3n de Presi\u00f3n y Temperatura<\/td><td>ASME B16.34, API 6D<\/td><td>Datos de clasificaci\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n y temperatura<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Trazabilidad de Materiales<\/td><td>EN 10204 3.1\/3.2, normas ASTM aplicables<\/td><td>Certificados de Inspecci\u00f3n de Materiales (MTRs), n\u00fameros de colada (Heat Numbers), composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y propiedades mec\u00e1nicas<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Pruebas de Aceptaci\u00f3n en F\u00e1brica (FAT)<\/td><td>API 598, ISO 5208, EN 12266-1<\/td><td>Informes de pruebas hidrost\u00e1ticas del cuerpo y de pruebas de fugas del asiento<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Gesti\u00f3n de la calidad<\/td><td>ISO 9001, PED 2014\/68\/UE (cuando sea aplicable)<\/td><td>Certificados de calidad y documentos de conformidad aplicables<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<p>Proporcionar una documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica completa antes de la adjudicaci\u00f3n del contrato reduce los ciclos de aclaraci\u00f3n y agiliza la aprobaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica. Con mayor frecuencia, est\u00e1n relacionadas con una selecci\u00f3n inadecuada de materiales, pruebas insuficientes, falta de trazabilidad o una verificaci\u00f3n incompleta de la calidad.
