Comprender el tipo de corrosi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>No toda la corrosi\u00f3n es igual. Diferentes fluidos afectan a los materiales de distintas maneras. <\/p>\n\n<p>Por ejemplo:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los fluidos \u00e1cidos pueden da\u00f1ar r\u00e1pidamente el acero al carbono<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los medios que contienen cloruros pueden causar corrosi\u00f3n por picaduras en el acero inoxidable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los productos qu\u00edmicos a altas temperaturas pueden acelerar la degradaci\u00f3n del material<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Siempre identifique las propiedades qu\u00edmicas del fluido antes de seleccionar el material de la v\u00e1lvula.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Materiales comunes de v\u00e1lvulas y sus aplicaciones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>La elecci\u00f3n del material adecuado depende tanto del fluido como del entorno.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Acero al carbono: <\/strong>Adecuado para aplicaciones no corrosivas o ligeramente corrosivas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acero inoxidable (304\/316):<\/strong> Ampliamente utilizado en sistemas qu\u00edmicos y de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>V\u00e1lvulas revestidas con PTFE: <\/strong>Ideales para \u00e1cidos fuertes y medios altamente corrosivos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acero d\u00faplex:<\/strong> Mejor resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n por cloruros y a alta presi\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Cada material tiene sus l\u00edmites.
